November 19–22, 2026 in Le Grand-Bornand (France)
This fall retreat is all about joyful exploration: discover or rediscover with curiosity various approaches to yoga (Vinyasa, Yin, Nidra, aerial yoga, and more…) in a supportive environment. A rich and varied program awaits you, with plenty of time for yourself, so that your whole being feels nourished, rested, and rejuvenated.
We’ll meet at the Zenspace chalet, just above the village of Le Grand-Bornand, in the Aravis Mountains (1 hour from Geneva).
We’ll practice in the magnificent, light-filled 120 m² studio with a view over the mountains. The icing on the cake: Kylian Poirier will join us on the handpan for a beautiful aerial Yin practice on Saturday evening!
You’ll stay in individual “monk’s rooms,” tastefully decorated and perfect for unwinding and recharging. And we’ll share vegetarian meals (brunch and dinner) prepared by chef Sophie Minotto in the cozy common area.

Free time can be spent reading, hiking, napping, visiting the market, or enjoying the sauna.

About the Practices
The practices we’ll explore will be varied and complementary: meditation in various forms (walking, seated), Pranayama, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Mantras, a theory workshop, and an asana lab, as well as a practice accompanied by Kylian Poirier on the handpan. We’ll also use the chalet’s hammock-style fabrics for two introductory sessions (Yang and Yin) in aerial yoga.
The practices are accessible to all levels except complete beginners in Yoga. Modifications or variations will be given according to your physical condition.

Schedule & Travel Tips
Rooms will be available starting at 6:00 PM on Thursday and until 2:30 PM on Sunday. Le Grand-Bornand is easily accessible by car from Geneva (55 minutes) and also from Annecy. We’ll create a group to organize car-sharing.
If you can’t arrive on Thursday evening but can come on Friday instead, that’s possible. In that case, I’ll adjust the rate on a pro-rata basis. Send me a message to discuss this.
Booking Procedure
The number of participants (excluding staff) is limited to 12 people. Confirmation will be provided according to the reservation procedure detailed below.
1. Please let me know you’re interested in writing, by email at estellehartwig07@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 076.478.09.53.
2. I will confirm whether the room is still available and, if we haven’t met yet, I will suggest a phone call prior to any confirmation.
3. Once mutual interest has been confirmed, you will pay a deposit of CHF 300.- within 72 hours (please send us proof of transfer if applicable). After this period, the room will no longer be guaranteed. Only this deposit serves as a reservation guarantee; this amount is non-refundable.
4. The balance of the retreat fee must be paid in full by October 19, 2026 (or immediately if registration occurs after that date).

Amounts are due in full and in Swiss francs (CHF). Any bank fees are the responsibility of the payer. For payments in euros, please contact me in advance.
Cancellation
As with any trip, I encourage you to purchase travel or cancellation insurance. We can’t always control everything. Please note that your registration constitutes acceptance of these terms:
1. In the event that the retreat is canceled by the host venue or by Estelle Yoga, I will do everything possible to refund the full amount paid. Otherwise, the amount will be converted into a credit note valid for certain Estelle Yoga classes and retreats.
2. In the event of cancellation by the client, for any reason, the 300.- deposit will remain due.
3. Furthermore, in the event of cancellation by the client, for any reason, the retreat fee will be due according to the following schedule:
- Cancellation notified by 19.09.26: the balance is not due
- Cancellation notified between 20.09.26 and 19.10.26: 50% of the total retreat price is due
- Cancellation notified from 20.10.26 onward: the full retreat price is due
4. The client’s registration may be transferred to another person who agrees to take their place on this same retreat, subject to the following conditions:
- The client must find the prospective replacement themselves
- As mentioned in the booking procedure, a phone interview will take place between myself and the prospective replacement to confirm mutual interest before any agreement is reached
- Once an agreement is reached, I will be the sole recipient of the payment from the person taking over the spot. I will then reimburse the client. Please note that bank fees will be the client’s responsibility if their account is held abroad or in a currency other than the Swiss franc (CHF).
